ABOUT ME
Who Am I, and How Did I Get Here

I am a theatre educator who just graduated from Ball State University. When I'm not busy with a show or teaching, I like to stay creative by writing.
Growing up, I watched my parents' involvement in our community theatre. As soon as I was old enough to, I began to audition for youth shows. Now, I've been a thespian for 14 years, and I never want to stop. Theatre gave me the opportunity to learn about different walks of life, how to work with and accept people different than me, and a deep empathy that I don't think I could have learned otherwise.
At this moment, I have just finished student teaching, and have graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Theatre Education. I have learned how to direct, plan lessons, and manage a classroom. I am so
excited for the day I can stand up in front of my own students and pass on all
the wonderful, valuable things theatre gave me.
